HEAVY DUTY ( L’ORANGE ) COMMON RAIL INJECTOR TEST BENCH

TK1029 injectester CRH is designed for testing high pressure and high volume injectors. Measuring capacity up to 2000 mm3/stroke. The new measurement system and special cooling system make it easy to test these heavy-duty injectors.

MTU 4000 and 2000 series engines are equipped with common rail injectors. These engines vary between 2700 kw and 3400 kw, with 12, 16 and 20 cylinder options. CR injectors used in these engines are L’orange and Bosch brand injectors.

The TK1029 is also suitable for the testing of fuel injectors in passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and trucks.

The Maktest Test Center database contains more than 500 test plans. The database is continuously updated with new test plans.

TK1029 is a test bench for both regular and heavy-duty injectors.

The test bench is designed as such to cope with continuous testing, with its better filtration, larger and different design test oil tank, cooling algorithm, motor drive, and master pump selection.

In the meantime, all of those features help to accomodate Heavy Duty Injectors such as L’Orange MTU 1163, MTU4000, Cummins QSK, and as such for testing.
